Exchanges & Returns


USA RETURNS: You have 30 days from date of purchase to return or exchange new, unworn, unaltered, merchandise purchased directly from Upscale Eyes in it's original package.

To return your items, simply return the product with a copy of the invoice & the completed Exchange/Return Form enclosed with your shipment to us.

Pack frame products in a sturdy, cardboard mailing box. Please note, Upscale Eyes is not responsible for frames lost in the mail or for damage incurred if frames are sent in envelopes or insecure boxes.

Make sure to included the completed Exchange/Return Form included with your order. If you do not have your return/exchange form, please include a note with the return letting us know what you are requesting along with contact information. Upon receipt, Upscale Eyes will quickly process your refund or ship your exchange. A frame returned for refund without any of its cases will be credited minus the case’s retail price ($5.00 ea.). Upscale Eyes does not refund shipping charges.
